Prospects are a Christian organisation for people with learning disabilities and their families in the United Kingdom. They work through local churches to reach out to families a ected by learning disability to o er the very best quality in professional care in Jesus’ name.

The charity was founded in 1976 by Rev David Potter, a former Minister of CRBC, to provide loving Christian homes for adults with learning disabilities when families could no longer provide the care. For over 30 years they have been working in partnership with churches and national Christian holiday conferences to enable people with learning disabilities to feel welcomed and to express their faith in Jesus. From the beginning, the charity sought to meet the physical, mental and spiritual requirements of the people it supports.

Prospects provides person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities in supported living, residential, domiciliary care and day opportunities services.

Prospects o er support to meet individual needs even 24 hour support, 7 days a week, all year round as required. They also seek to equip churches, their ministry teams and volunteers, through training and resources designed to to o er accessible worship and Bible teaching for people with learning disabilities.
